Ms. Graber has a diverse background in telecommunications and networking spanning nearly 20 years. She has been responsible for large projects ranging from extensive telecommunication systems and cabling designs to project management of entire campus environments. She has in-depth knowledge of, and hands-on design and implementation experience with all major telecommunication and networking systems and data center and infrastructure design and planning, as well as construction management of technology systems.
Thirteen years ago Ms. Graber and Laura Hutton-Lamers created Hutton, Graber & Associates (HGA) to focus on technology system design, planning and management. The company was in the forefront at a time when new and evolving technologies made it increasingly difficult to identify, design and implement client requirements. Ms. Graber has been able to draw upon her broad level of knowledge and resources to accomplish large, multi-disciplined project engagements.
In January 1998, HGA was acquired by Inteliant Corporation (a Division of SOS Staffing Services). Ms. Graber left Inteliant in December 1999 and was employed by RadixOne as Vice President of Application Support. In this role she was responsible for creating and managing client e-business relationships. She worked closely with the Systems and Application Development team to design, build and manage select client enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Ms. Graber noted an increased demand for multi-disciplined project management and staff augmentation. This prompted her to form s.calate technology, inc. which she successfully developed and Ms. Hutton joined Ms. Graber at s.calate in 2003.
Ms. Graber has been active in the telecommunications industry in various roles including design, analysis, competitive bidding and implementation of large-scale systems, cabling and networking projects. She brings a global perspective to her client base, having worked for several large multinational corporations and consulting firms. She has had extensive experience in the design and coordination effort of international telecommunications systems as well as public network regulatory requirements.
Ms. Graber has provided consulting services to prestigious organizations such as Tosco Corporation, Avant! Corporation, First American Financial Corporation, Warner Bros, Earthlink Networks, eCompanies, Brio Technology, Net.com, Amgen, the University of Miami, the California State University system and California EPA.
Ms. Graber has a BBA in Marketing from Pace University in New York, and has successfully completed graduate work in Satellite Communications at New York University. She has completed a wide variety of technical certification programs in the telecommunications industry. She is a member of Westside Urban Forum and the American Management Association.
