

Laura Hutton possesses over sixteen years of experience in the technology solutions field. Ms. Hutton's contribution provides vision and direction to clients faced with aggressive project schedules and multiple areas of responsibility that require a single focal point. Laura brings expertise and a deep understanding of Information Technology (IT) Strategic Planning, IT Work Flow Analysis, Systems and Application development, Technology Infrastructure and overall management of a team.
In 1992 Ms. Hutton co-found, Hutton, Graber & Associates, Inc., which was acquired by SOS Staffing Services (Nasdaq: SOSS) in January of 1998. SOS Staffing Services acquired sixteen (16) Information Technology service firms from 1997 through 1999. Ms. Hutton was responsible for the integration of the consulting firms that SOS acquired; this included integrating all sales and marketing efforts, selecting, rolling-out and training 100 consultants on a new time and billing system, and project management of large scale projects.
In January 2000, Ms. Hutton continued on her quest to broaden her skill set in the Information Technology field and joined RadixOne. As President of RadixOne, Ms. Hutton was responsible for creating the Systems and Application Development practice area, which included assembling the team, creating a process and methodology, and building a client base. In 2001, Ms. Hutton became a Director on the RadixOne Board, which included Board members from Gray Cary and DLJ's Venture Capital Group, Sprout Group.
